Drake Headlines D.C.’s First Ever Two-Day Music Festival, the “Landmark Music Festival”

It’s been a LONG time coming that the DMV area, most notably the Washington, D.C. area has been needing a music festival that spans the course of an entire weekend with top billing national recording artist.

Well those people that have been waiting for it, you have to wait no longer! Brought to you by the same people who runs the yearly Lollapalooza festival, it was recently announced that the inaugural Landmark Music Festival, benefiting the Trust for the National Mall, will take place on September 26-27 at West Potomac Park. There will be 5 stages worth of acts, so you’ll certainly get your money’s worth. You’re probably asking yourself who are some of these acts, well so far they have the likes of Drake, The Strokes, Alt-J, Wale and MANY more.

Tickets have started to go on sale HERE and are reasonably priced (starting at $150 for a two-day  pass) for a concert of such magnitude and size. More details on the event can be found on the Landmark Festival site. Tell all your friends about this and make this a success so that they will be willing to come back every year.
