Ciara Postpones Second Leg of “Jackie Tour” Until 2016; Promises Something Special For Fans

#CSquad, we’ve got some bad news for you.

Just as we were getting ready for Ciara to head back out on the road to reboot her Jackie Tour, which was slated to start November 27th, news broke that she’s not going to finish the tour, in 2015 that is.

Hot off the presses came the announcement directly from Ciara’s team that the Goodies star will have to move her tour back until Spring of 2016.

The next leg of Ciara’s North American Jackie Tour, sponsored by TOPSHOP, is moving to Spring 2016. Full list of new dates to be announced.

A global entertainment company has extended an opportunity to further market and promote the next leg of the tour and will include a special surprise to fans.

To accommodate this offer, the tour will move to Spring 2016. The spring tour will also include additional cities because of demand from the fans. Details to follow.

“I am very excited about moving my tour to the new scheduled dates for the great things we have planned ahead!” says Ciara. “The Jackie Tour has been successful and I look forward to rockin’ with my fans again in 2016!

Speculation and chatter of the possibilities of the setbacks were going around social media when fans received notification that the first two shows for Atlanta and Georgia were getting pushed back, while all other shows were still set for their original dates. If you previously purchased a ticket to one of the shows, don’t worry, it’ll be valid for the new dates as well.

We’re not exactly sure WHY she’s waiting until Spring to tour when she won’t have any new music out, unless the “special surprise” will be new music? I guess we will have to wait and see.
